Wait a sec though, did you say that multiplayer scenarios work? Because you shouldn't even have access to them if you're using that save file. There must be some kind of corrupted data somewhere.

So before you deleted the data it was working? Hrm... let's try uninstalling entirely, deleting all the data, and reinstalling from scratch.

If that doesn't work, I will be truly boggled!

Make sure you lower the resolution as much as possible, since it is the most important setting for memory usage.

Still crashing

maybe i should wait till i stop watching the e3 stream before i try again though

Yeah, try once you've closed everything that could possibly be consuming your computer's resources. I don't know if it'll help at this point, but I can't see why the game would've run for you before and not now due to memory usage. Exclamation

That depends. Had you been able to successfully run the beta version? There've been major graphical overhauls since the pre-beta build, but not really since then.

I was able to run the beta no problem (well, limited problems) like a week or two ago

Sorry for falling off the map for a few weeks.

I got really busy with work.

So, still having these crashing problems. After the most recent update it seems that my computer is actually loading it a bit before crashing, where as before it seemed to crash almost immediately.

So, suggestions or anything? It's still really weird how this wasn't happening a few months back.

I would suggest lowering every graphic option to the minimum as well as running at a lower resolution to see if it helps.

Make sure to double check the troubleshoot text in the game (under Help in the main menu). I have updated it.
