Seeker Omnibattery does not work

I am incapable of activating the Seeker Omnibattery in any mode.
No matter how aggressive I get with my mouse, this one ability fails to fire, but other "flick-mouse" abilities work perfectly fine with even the slightest twitch.

Might I be doing something wrong, or is this a legitimate bug?

Just tested it on the Steam Version and it was working fine. Looked at the code and I think I may have found a possible reason for it to behave differently on certain computers. I'll make a change that will hopefully fix it for you in the next patch.
