Game wont start -- No Suitable Card Found? Gigabyte HD 7970? Empty Game wont start -- No Suitable Card Found? Gigabyte HD 7970?

When I saw your game on the Steam store, I was looking for free demos to play, and yours definitely caught my eye!

I thought I'd try out your game, although when I tried to start it it tells me:

"No suitable graphics card found.

Could not find a Direct3D Device that supports the XNA Framework HiDef Profile."

... And more stuff, mostly tips which didn't help.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit,
Intel Core i5 Quad Core processor @ 3.4GHz
10GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte HD 7970
(Also have 2 other HD 7850's plugged in too, but I tried without them installed and same problem)

Looking for a solution I downloaded the latest XNA Framework HiDef Profile from Microsoft, and when trying to update my .NET 4.0, it indicated to me that I already had a newer version installed. I am using 13.12 drivers, in 1920x1080 resolution (Monitor's native res).

I'm not sure what else to do!!! And I'm getting frustrated because I really want to try out your game. Sad

Plz help!

If you're using a laptop (or multiple graphics devices), you need to tell XNA which graphics device to use. Chances are it's using the wrong one, this isn't the first time we've heard of this problem. However! Since I haven't encountered the problem myself, I can't tell you exactly how to do it.

Hey Baldev,

Here is a compilation of all known technical problems and their solutions.

If you can't find a fix there, please send a dxdiag to rrcrashreport@gmail.com and I will look into it further.

Hope this helps.
