Logitech Controller not working
My Logitech G35 controller doesn't even seem to register with the game, but I want to use it to play. Are there any workarounds?

Isn't G35 a headset? There are 3 customizable buttons though.

Oops
Haha, oh yeah, you're right, the G35 is my headset. Well, fuck knows. It's a Logitek gamepad anyway. And it doesn't work. My PS3 pad works ok, but I'd rather use the Logitek if possible.

If your Logitek gamepad supports XInput then it should be able to work.

Smokey, if you mean the F710, there's a switch on the gamepad to toggle between DirectInput and XInput. See logitech support:http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21360/section/troubleshoot/crid/441/lt_product_id/7361/tabs/1,3,2,5/cl/us,en

Ah
It's a 510, not a 710, but you're quite right there is a switch on the bottom I didn't even know was there. What a dumbass. Thanks for your help guys.

I have never seen the device in question in my life, and Spot, I have no idea how you figured it out (Google?!) but thank you. You're a damn good Troubleshooter.

You're welcome, Smokey and Ninja. And Ninja, it's all about Googling(Google discourage that word though)~I've never seen it either. Here's what I did:
1. Head to logitech website to find what model it could be.
2. Google "F710 xinput"
3. Follow the results to a similar question, then the link provided by support staff(above).
I didn't think it took much effort...But without Google, I wouldn't know...

Very nice of you to google other people's problems for them. I usually have no idea what's going on, or if googling would solve it. I always google my own problems though.
And yes, I will use Google as a verb. I'll even decapitalize it, haha! What're they gonna do, try and stop me or something?

Well, I just like sticking around here. I've learned it the hard way that, more often than not, you've got to try it before jumping to conclusions.
May be Google employees say that themselves. Who knows...Just a little side effect when you shape the culture.
