can't install game?

hi,
I am a kickstarter backer. Whenever I try to install the game it gives me an error. Something like, 'cannot install xna 4.0 framework'. (that isn't exactly it sorry I don't have it right in front of me.)
Is this a known issue that other people have run into? I'm running windows 7 64 bit. I even went to microsoft's site and installed their xna 4.0 framework to see if that would help. It didn't.

Do you have an old version of the game installed? If so you will have to uninstall the old version before installing the new.

If that doesn't help, would you mind posting the error information you get when installing? It will help me track down the problem.

I don't have a 'Ring Runner' entry in Programs and Features. I assume that means I don't have it installed. Or would it show up as something else?

Hmm, I would recommend manually downloading the XNA 4.0 Refresh Redistributable if you don't already have it.

If you do already have it installed, then my only suggestion would to be be uninstall it before running the setup for the game.

thanks, download didnt work either, but deinstalling xna 4.0 and 4.0 refresh worked. Installing now.
