Unlockables
Hey guys
I got some free time today so i finally updated to the multiplayer beta
When I got on I noticed I had like 520 out of 526 (or something like that) items unlocked, and that i couldn't research anything. Any ideas to what those 6 or so unlocks are?

I have no clue and I can't research further stuff either. I'm currently missing the Sage Nova (and 2 other items), and while I could research steadfast deployable cores, afterwards the thing just bugged out on me and now I can't get it.perplexingThoerist wrote:Hey guys

I've made all items unlockable through research for the upcoming patch. It used to be certain abilities, like sage abilities, would be exclusively unlocked through campaign missions.

Oh okay. I haven't played any of the missions since I got the beta, so I'll check later if I get anything through that.

Unfortunately the missions that these abilities were meant to be unlocked in don't exist yet, I had just locked out sage abilities in anticipation of them.
Come next patch, sage abilities will be researchable and unlockable through scenarios. You can then buy them in the Shop for a small fortune.

I don't know why you'd need to buy them though. Or was that a joke?
And anyway, once the game is finished, will you integrate the scenarios into the Campaign and make the Sage abilities Campaign-exclusive? What're your plans?

Sage abilities that can be unlocked through the campaign only cost 250k plex. Sage passives and veterancy node items typically cost 500k. These numbers, of course, are subject to change.
We are adding the option to buy sage abilities for those who choose to ignore the single player campaign.
We plan on adding quite a few veterancy and sage passives before release. These items will grant small vertical gains and should keep plex gains meaningful for hundreds of hours of play.

But it's okay because the abilities are unlocked quickly and we're only talking about the equivalent of perks, really.
